Skin Needling also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is the latest skin rejuvenation treatment to restore the healthy youthful appearance of your skin, with minimal downtime. Skin Needling causes “micro-injuries” to the skin to trigger the healing and repair process. Part of the body’s natural healing process is collagen synthesis (the making of collagen). Triggering the healing process means triggering the production of collagen. It is this production of collagen which acts to repair the damage to your skin: the result is a smoother, firmer and younger looking skin. Skin Needling is much less invasive than lasers and aggressive chemical peels and doesn’t require the removal of the epidermis. As a result, the healing time is significantly shorter and there is no post-treatment sensitivity to UV light. Skin Needling is suitable for treating all skin types, including ethnic skin. Topical anaesthetic cream is applied for this treatment.  Approx 3 days flushed skin, 3 days light flaking.

 

Skin Needling with Hyaluronic Acid

This treatment is performed without anaesthetic cream as it is very tolerable using the Dermapen. You can apply your own Numit anaesthetic cream which you can purchase from the pharmacy, 30mins prior to your app. We will then remove it for you, do skin needling and then apply the appropriate aftercare. This treatment includes full face and neck. Décolletage can be added for better results at and extra charge. Peel can be added for an extra charge for better results. We do recommend a Deep Cleanse and consultation, prior to your first treatment, as appropriate after care is required for best results and to avoid any skin reactions. This is very NB as only very specific skin care can be used after needling.

 

Collagen Induction Facial

Our most popular treatment in salon. It treats a multitude of different skin concerns from wrinkles, dilated capillaries, telangiectasia, acne, scarring, pigmentation, and uneven skin texture to name a few. A deep cleanse is done with an exfoliating masque and steam, extraction of blackheads and milia and skin is assessed for appropriate peel or exfoliation medium. Prior to skin needling, we apply serums containing Vit A and C, as well as growth factors, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. Skin needling creates micro channels in the skin which allows active ingredients to reach the target cells more efficiently. It also tricks the skin into a wound healing response which stimulates collagen and elastin production. Please note, that no anaesthetic cream is used for this treatment. Client comfort is of the utmost importance to us, and depth of needle penetration is adjusted according to client tolerance. 6 treatments, one a week, for 6 weeks, are recommended for best results.

 

Mesotherapy Vita Infusion Facial with peel

It is a wonderful first treatment if you are wanting to try gentle skin needling.
